What if I have an existing condition?
Pilates and GYROTONIC® are both gentle and adaptable enough to accommodate many different chronic issues. Here is a sample but not a comprehensive list of conditions our clients have had: scoliosis, sciatica, shoulder, back, and neck pain/pathologies, fibromyalgia, lupus, osteoporosis, post-rehabiliation on knee, hip, and ankle. As with any exercise routine, however, please check with your doctor before beginning sessions.
