Can I do GYROTONIC® and Pilates while pregnant?
Yes, these two methods are gentle but effective approaches to keep your body strong and flexible throughout your pregnancy. Our skilled instructors are trained to adapt the methods to your changing state, and can help ease body discomfort brought on by a blossoming belly. As with any exercise program, however, please check with your doctor before beginning sessions.
