Can I start Pilates and GYROTONIC® after becoming pregnant?
Yes. Unless otherwise indicated by your doctor, a modified approach can benefit your body at all stages of pregnancy, regardless of your prior experience. Some of the traditional exercises and breathing concepts will not be appropriate for the pregnant novice, however, your instructor will know how to safely adapt your sessions accordingly.
